Adria had left her corporate life nearly 10 years ago to study at The College of Naturopathic Medicine and Le Cordon Bleu Culinary School which she currently teaches at as well. She is the Natural Chef and Founder of Maple & Co, a healthy eating concept currently with 8 London locations and has been featured as Top 3 Food to Go Concepts by MCA and TimeOut’s Best Vegan and TimeOut’s Best Healthy Restaurants.

She also presents on Channel 4's Sunday Brunch and regularly speaks about wellness with partners such as Soho House, the Tate and V&A Museums and retail brands like H&M and Estee Lauder. Adria has been featured in publications such as The Times, Cosmopolitan, Harper’s Bazaar and The Evening Standard. She also mentors aspiring chefs in entrepreneurship. Adria is incredibly passionate about creating great tasting, fresh and healthy food that is also fun and exciting. Adria hopes to build and bring together communities through her love for balanced cooking, eating and drinking together and teaching others to cook from home.
