ADVERTISING TERMS AND CONDITIONS

It is the responsibility of the Advertiser wishing to feature with WOTC Group across any of its platforms which include but is not limited to Conversations with Her; WOTC Magazine (in print and digital magazine); WOTC Magazine events, to have read and understood our Terms and Conditions listed on wotcmagazine.com and all WOTC invoices before payment.
1. For the purposes of these Terms & Conditions, WOTC Group shall be referred to as ‘WOTC’ or ‘WOTC Magazine.’ The party wishing to feature with WOTC Group shall be referred to as ‘Advertiser’.
2. Payment of any WOTC invoices of services is the Advertiser’s expressed agreement that payment is non-refundable and services are non-cancelable.
3. WOTC Magazine issues, events, projects and campaigns are planned months in advance and as such, placements are allocated accordingly, therefore Advertiser agrees that if they are a last-minute addition under the discretion of the publisher, payment is automatically non-refundable and services are non-cancelable.
4. The copyright for all purposes in all artwork, copy and other material which WOTC or any referred partner agencies (by WOTC) have originated or reworked shall vest in WOTC. (ii) WOTC is hereby authorised to record, reproduce, publish, distribute and broadcast (or to permit the same) all features and advertisements (including but not limited to text, artwork and photographs).
5. WOTC reserves the right to make changes to its events including dates, programmes and locations, its editorial calendar including themes, filming schedule and publishing dates at any time. WOTC will make all efforts to communicate these changes to the Advertiser within a reasonable amount of time.
6. The Advertiser agrees to keep confidential (both during and after the Feature, Campaign, Project or Event) the terms and all other confidential information concerning the business or its affairs that isn’t public knowledge.
7. These Terms are the entire agreement between the Advertiser and WOTC and no modification to these Terms will be effective unless made in writing and signed by both WOTC and the Advertiser.
8. The Advertiser expressly acknowledges that he has not relied on any representation made by or on behalf of WOTC in entering the Contract.
9. Any person who is not a party to this Contract has any right under the Contracts (Rights of Third Parties) Act 1999 to enforce any part of this Contract.
10. These Conditions and all other terms of the Contract shall be construed in accordance with the Laws of England and the parties submit to the jurisdiction of the English courts.
