The #IPLEDGE campaign is a statement. WOTC gathered 22 powerhouses; all from various industries, who are all pioneering work across the globe, and asked them how they would like to take hold of their 2021, by helping others. WOTC pledge to not only to help our women to fulfil their pledges but also to keep providing opportunities to women globally. We can all be a catalyst of change in someone else’s life, and it all starts with this pledge.

WOTC would love to know what YOUR pledge for 2021 is. These pledges are all about what you plan to do to give back. Would you like to host a family of 20 like global makeup artist and beauty tycoon Bobbi Brown, who has pledged to continue to mentor young female entrepreneurs? Would you like to set up a crisis fund like 17-year-old Christina Adane, who petitioned against the government earlier this year and won in providing 1.3 million children with free school dinners? No pledge is too small. It all starts with helping one person.

Alexia Inge, Co-founder & Co-CEO of Cult Beauty

“In 2021, #IPLEDGE as the co-founder of Cult Beauty, to use this platform to broaden people’s understanding and experience of what is beautiful or aspirational, to elevate sustainable and socially-positive brands and to support a diverse group of entrepreneurs in their missions to build something positive in the beauty and wellness industry. As a consumer, #IPLEDGE to vote - with my wallet - only for brands whose ethos and behaviours the world needs to proliferate.”

Bobbi Brown, Founder of EVOLUTION_18, THE GEORGE & Jones Road Beauty
