To Host Or Not To Host

2020 has been quite a year and we are all finally adjusting to this “New Normal”, many people are putting the pieces of their lives back together and trying to make some sense of what’s left of this year. With all these social distancing rules and restrictions in place it almost seems like you can’t see friends or family anymore without having to jump through hoops. So many festivities are coming up from Thanksgiving to Christmas so it would be nice to end the year with an intimate soirée right.
WOTC are here to show you that there is still a world of possibilities allowing you to bring together your closest friends and family even with restrictions in place. If you want to host a small event, perhaps a games night or a sip and paint. I have a few ideas which will help you kick start your planning. Usually you call up your girls to go for drinks or dinner right? Well, why not host them; I’m sure you’re thinking but my apartment isn’t big enough or it’s not cute enough to have everyone round or you started decorating at the beginning of the pandemic but haven’t quite finished yet.. No worries, we have you covered!!

So I’ve listed some amazing locations for you to host a little dinner party or even a games night with a few friends or family, remember that if you want a luxury apartment you are looking at a rental cost of between £1200 - £2000 depending on location and size but if that is a little too much for your budget you can find good size apartments in the same area for £400 - £750, you can find these on various sites like Air BnB or booking.com just set you budget and area.
Now for those of you who are thinking for some bigger events as the festive season approaches please remember you will need to ensure that there are social distancing in place for whatever venue you use. Right now hiring venues is difficult but when you find on you can squeeze out some extra as well as making an offer on the price due to a reduction in their clientele. Here are a few good venues which are also affordable and allow you to follow the government guidelines.
