Meet its founder; mother and businesswoman Julie Townend who re-launched her namesake brand earlier this May, after working on its logistics for over a year amid the pandemic. Julie allows all clients the opportunity to interact with her directly during the first stage of the shopping experience, allowing them to ask as many questions as they wish to.
Townend shares some fundamentals she has learnt whilst growing her business:

Wait time for your custom-made shirt is three to four weeks and the customer service team, who Julie herself is at the forefront of, keeps in contact with you during this time, ensuring that you’re kept up to date on the progress of your purchase. Though providing a digital service, she maintains a similar personalised face-to-face customer experience through her virtual consultations. Being a stylist, alongside being a businesswoman Julie is prepared for and awaits any client queries on how best to style your shirt for any occasion. And if one colour isn’t enough, there’s five – white, geranium, black, sable and forest. A further collection of shirts with a range of designs and patterns is also on the cards for Julie.
