Don’t currently fancy running a marathon or taking up boxing? Getting active is way simpler than that, doing something little and often will give you a ton of physical and mental benefits.
Start by trying something new, get off the boring treadmill and cross trainer and join a team (you won’t regret it)! The encouragement from a sports team, outdoor activity class, or a Park Run will help you maintain the habit and it will be great fun in the process!
Time to buddy up, we don’t tend to have loads of self-motivation when it comes to working out, so having someone there is helpful so you can support each other and hold each other accountable and possibly introduce each other to new activities too!
Hate to break it to you, but become a morning person, yes, it’s easier said than done but after a long day at work going to the gym is hard. Set the alarm early, do something you enjoy and feel great at the end of the day for doing it.

Now this might sound quite controversial, but workout in front of the TV you don’t need loads of money for a gym membership. Youtube is your new fitness instructor or just do your workout in front of your favourite TV show.
