The brand quickly garnered interest when Hassan posted an image of her first product on social media and gained one-thousand new followers in a week, today Nubian Skin can be seen in major retailers such as John Lewis, Matchesfashion, Net-A-Porter and many more. In a world where hosiery and lingerie lacked diversity and the colour “nude’” meant only one tone Hassan used her colour as a force of change and has gone on to empower other women in her community to do the same causing the statement ‘Empowering Women. Embracing our Colour,’ to ring truer than ever.
