Bianca Rangecroft 

Bianca is the founder and CEO of Whering, the fashiontech app that allows you to digitise your wardrobe, see and style what you own. Bianca is on a mission to upend the ‘buy, use, dispose’ model and use AI to help us make the most of the clothes we already own. In under 9 months since launch she’s grown Whering’s user base to over 120k organically and has been featured in Vogue, Harper’s, Forbes etc. She is fluent in five European languages and holds a first class Bachelor’s degree in History and Politics from SOAS & LSE, with a special focus on Africa and the Middle East, as well as a Master’s degree in Management (Merit) from Imperial College Business School. Bianca spent the first 4.5 years of her career in Banking, first at Barclays Investment Management and then in Goldman Sachs’ consumer division in London. She is a board member of Imperial College’s Alumni Advisory board, the London Chapter President for Unite2030, an UNLEASH 2019 and 2020 Global Talent and a committee member of Ubuntu, a South African charity. She was a also Pitch UK and Elle x Bossbabe finalist, shortlisted for Women in the City award and winner of the Most Disruptive Tech award at UNLEASH 2019.

Kike Oniwinde

Kike Oniwinde is the Founder and CEO of BYP Network. Kike grew up in East London and has always been a hard worker, achieving 3 A grades at A Level and going on to study Economics at the University of Nottingham. She is also a ex-Great Britain javelin thrower, and has a BSc (Hons) Economics degree from the University of Nottingham and a MSc Management degree from the University of Florida, where she received a full track and field scholarship. Work has always played an important role in Kike’s life; during all the years of her academic studies she had a part time job alongside training for athletics. She also worked as an intern at Goldman Sachs and Citibank.

 

Onyinye Udokporo

Onyinye Udokporo is the powerful young leader changing the sphere of education and creating leaders in the process. Awarded one of 2020’s top ten black students in the UK and listed as one of the top 150 future leaders, Onyinye believes that the best tool that you can give to any child is an education. “Good education doesn’t mean private education, that’s why I started Enrich Learning. It means just being able to have the tools to do well yourself.” Enrich Learning was created to allow all children to get through the front door and have the option to apply to a grammar or private school. “It shouldn't be kept to just one type of family or one type of person which is what it currently is.”

 

Oriona Robb

Oriona Robb is a stylist and beauty expert with over two decades of experience working in the fashion industry. Her interest has always been driven by a desire to empower women by helping them identify their personal style. In her many years in the fashion industry she has honed her skills by taking professional courses in styling, makeup and worked at London Fashion Week, BBC and other big industry names. She is well known for her holistic approach of teaching women to celebrate their individual body shapes and personalities through their outfits as well as shopping in a more sustainable way.

 

Sonya Barlow 

Sonya Barlow is an award-winning entrepreneur, founder of the LMF NETWORK, TEDx speaker, LinkedIn Changemaker 2021, radio host, and author.

In 2021, Sonya published debut handbook on entrepreneurship, business, and becoming your own boss titled: UNPREPARED TO ENTREPRENEUR and was announced as the host of the 1st business show on the BBC ASIAN NETWORK - THE EVERYDAY HUSTLE.
