Please ensure you have read and consent to the the conditions set out below before subscribing. 1. For the purposes of these general Terms & Conditions, Women of The City Magazine shall be referred to as ‘WOTC’. 1.1 WOTC community cheque is a non transferable cheque that can only be used in the WOTC community. A WOTC community manager can suggest or refer your company to a member of the community for your cheque to be redeemed. All cheques issued have to be match funded directly with your community partner within 5 days. This allows us to have a fair referral scheme which allows our community members to use each other’s services. 2. We advise all applicants to make contact with their community partner as soon as they have been introduced to avoid disappointment, as partners do fill up quickly. Once a connection has been made between WOTC and any third parties, we are no longer responsible for any business or trade deals. 3. Grant recipients should be aware that their grant cannot be cashed until it is matched by them to their community partner. Further information about how to make match payments will be given by their community partners. 4. lf you wish to withdraw your membership, please email community@wotcmagazine.com 5. We cannot accept applications from members who will not be 18 years of age by the start of their membership. By submitting your application or redeeming your community cheque, you agree that you will be 18 years of age by the start of your membership. If this proves to be incorrect we may terminate our agreement with you. 6. Community members can cancel their membership by emailing community@wotcmagazine.com. Profiles will be removed immediately. 7. Courses are organised according to the schedules, dates and programmes established by WOTC from time-to-time. WOTC reserves the right, at any time, to amend any aspect of your membership as may be necessary. 9. Completing the application form and signing the declaration means you confirm that the information you have provided is accurate. If you think that there is a mistake, please make any requests for changes in writing.
