Upon completion of her degree and studies in Nutrition and the nutritional sciences, Katherine spent time in the US working within a nutrigenomics laboratory, studying the depths of how nutrients can profoundly affect our genomes.
After registering as an associate nutritionist and spending several years consulting for some of the world's largest food and beverage brands, Katherine-Elyse made the entrepreneurial jump and Beautifully Nourished was born.
