Plank Tap

Work for 60 -90 secs

Single leg reverse fly

Work for 30 secs. Then repeat on the other side

Squat to overhead press

Work for 45 secs

 

Push ups

Work for 45 secs

Curtsy lunges 

 Work for 30 secs then repeat on the other side
