Maple & Co

Founded by Canadian born and raised chef Adria Wu. Adria worked and travelled around the world and always had an insatiable hunger for cooking (and eating) so she left the corporate world and studied at Le Cordon Bleu in London and the College of Naturopathic Medicine. Now she spends all her days being around food and has never been happier!  

Wu has six health-centric cafés located across London from W1 to the shadow of the Google HQ in Kings Cross.
