 Junius is a multi award-winning family owned cold-pressed drinks company. Co-founder Maria is a Nutritional Therapist and is Certified with the Institute for Functional Medicine.

Having worked in a busy corporate environment I saw first hand the health challenges faced by many, which eventually led me to obtain a MSc in Personalised Nutrition, in tandem with raising my two young children, and I then went on to certify with the Institute for Functional Medicine. 

Functional medicine looks at the body as a whole, addressing and supporting ALL of the systems of the body, in order to achieve optimal health to enable one to thrive in life, which is why I Co-Founded Junius where we have split wellbeing into 7 colour-coded pillars that represent those different systems of the body, enhancing but also simplifying how you care for your health on any given day. We start with the science and build our deeply nutritious recipes. 

I am truly passionate about sharing not only deeply nutritious drinks (and recently launched supplement range to further enhance each of our 7 pillars), but also sharing my knowledge of nutritional science and biochemistry to help people to live well, feel well and do well, everyday.
