Onyinye Udokporo is the powerful young leader changing the sphere of education and creating leaders in the process. Awarded one of 2020’s top ten black students in the UK and listed as one of the top 150 future leaders, Onyinye believes that the best tool that you can give to any child is an education. “Good education doesn’t mean private education, that’s why I started Enrich Learning. It means just being able to have the tools to do well yourself.” Enrich Learning was created to allow all children to get through the front door and have the option to apply to a grammar or private school. “It shouldn't be kept to just one type of family or one type of person which is what it currently is.”

She founded Enrich Learning, her educational platform and tuition centre at just twelve-years-old. Despite being dyslexic, Udokporo has broken many barriers and has provided light at the end of the tunnel for many young people, who otherwise, would have had no chance at an education. A decade later, Udokporo’s ‘side hustle’ that she ran and single-handedly invested in from her parents’ living room, continues to oppose equality in education. She continues to push to create equal opportunities in education to all children, young people, parents and carers. Alongside her team, she has educated and provided support to hundreds of children worldwide. Following the coronavirus global pandemic, Enrich Learning have held 550 online classes; their certainty that children would still receive an education despite not being able to leave the house.
