Having spent six years as Head of Sales and Marketing for the Savoy Group, Tanya saw a niche in the travel market for an agency that offered a different approach and in 1993 she set up Mason Rose. Her foresight, understanding of travel trends and consumer insights quickly made Mason Rose the agency of choice for top hotels around the world. In 2001 Tanya saw the need to expand the Mason Rose remit with the introduction of PR services. Today Mason Rose is one of the only agencies offering integrated sales, marketing and PR services to the travel industry. 

Under Tanya’s guidance Mason Rose has an enviable portfolio of international hotels and has created successful campaigns for some of the world’s most prestigious hotels including Hotel Bel-Air, LA; The Carlyle, NY; Hotel du Cap Eden Roc, Cipriani, and Sandy Lane in Barbados. Current clients include Royal Mansour, Marrakech; Gstaad Palace, Gstaad; The Peninsula Hotel Group and many more.
