Three Ways to Give This Christmas
Christmas is a time for love, and so we’ve got three ways for you to do just that — by giving back.
City Welfare
The City Welfare provides food and essential items to Homes, Community Centres, Hostels and Initiatives, providing food packages that have helped families with the ingredients to cook meals for up to 3-months. Visit Instagram: thecitywelfare
Malaika
Before Malaika, the village of Kalebuka in southeastern Democratic Republic of the Congo had no access to electricity, clean water, or educational facilities. First opening its doors in 2011, the Malaika School provides a free primary and secondary education to 400 girls. With daily classes taught in French and English, our robust curriculum covers math, science, information technology, the arts, and much more. Visit Malaika.org
Bite Back 2030
At the heart of Bite Back 2030 is their Youth Board - a team of passionate teenage activists from across the UK who are campaigning for more opportunities to be healthy, aiming to build a movement of young people who can get the big players in business and government to listen and act on a very important topic - the health of young people.
