When we get dressed up we communicate nonverbally to the outside world. What we wear is a physical representation of who we are because fashion is a way for us to express ourselves, our identity and most importantly how we feel. I always like to try something new and be creative with my style. It allows me to step out of my comfort zone, exploring items you’re not used to allows you to realise wearing yellow shoes weren’t so bad that you loved it. Creative combinations in your style allows you to see what you can do creating a more creative mindset.
There are so many different aspects that cause mental health issues and it can often be overwhelming and consuming, however, this does not mean you cannot go through it and come out stronger than you went in, retail therapy is an amazing way to relieve stress and other emotions you may be feeling at the time. You do not even need to spend all your money. It is a convenient way to keep you occupied.
Getting compliments on how you are well put together would always make you feel good about yourself - so why not focus on exploring your style.

It is important to look your best for yourself because it’s all about how you feel. Why not explore who you really are through your style? Being fashionable helps with confidence as you know you’ve taken the time and effort.
Your great fashion style and receiving compliments would help with improving your self-esteem but for those who may already be confident and happy on the inside, you can use fashion to inspire others by promoting positivity and creativity through your designs and style.
